1. Who we are

Global Meat Ltd. (“Global Meat”, “we”, “us”) operates an informational website for international audiences in English and Spanish. The site is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

  • Contact details you provide: name, email, phone (via contact/lead forms).

  • Technical data: IP address, cookie identifiers, device/browser data, pages viewed, events for analytics.

  • Sensitive data: we do not collect sensitive data.

3. How we obtain data

  • We do not use newsletter marketing or SMS/WhatsApp marketing.

Security incidents (Amendment 13)

We document suspected security events and assess their severity. Where an incident meets the legal thresholds, we will notify the PPA without delay and, where instructed or required, inform affected individuals. We also review and improve controls after incidents.

10. Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to comply with legal obligations. In practice:

  • Contact form submissions: retained for handling your inquiry and routine record-keeping;

  • Security/technical logs: retained for operational security for a limited time.

    We will delete or anonymize data upon justified request and when no longer needed or required by law.

11. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for prompt deletion.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Substantive changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date”.
